Monday night dinner

Vegetables: Braised romaine lettuce with green onion, minced garlic, and oyster sauce
Many-spice Chicken: All the spices in my cupboard and cornstarch, dry-rubbed onto chicken breasts, pan-fried in oil
Things to improve on: more vegetables (they sure wilt a lot), more salt in the dry rub, mix the chicken with the dry rub better, and more dry rub to coat the chicken better
